Birthdays Galore!

I love birthdays and I love that we have lots of fall birthdays in our family and friends lives- that means LOTS of parties and parties are FUN! Little Julia celebrated her 2nd birthday and just looking at these pictures brings a SMILE to my face! I love our body at Sola, especially all the kiddos. We are so blessed to do life together with these people.

"UP" themed - Val did a great job with the cake and decorations!

PA Trip: Day 4 thru 6

 Day Four
We got to hang out with family. It was SO much fun to see the cousins play together and it was great to catch up with the fam! Wish we could do this more often and wish we lived closer!

                   Happy Birthday to Grandpa!

 Day Five
Aunt Erika and Uncle Justin treated the girls to pedicures and manicures!
I loved spending time with my brother this trip. He rocks! And Erika rocks too!
Again, wish we lived closer.

We also got to see my Grammy and Uncle Gary and Aunt Rose.
It was so special!

Day Six:
We got to visit with my friends Steph and Adrienne on our way to the airport.
(unfortunately, all my pictures turned out SO blurry.)
Time to go Home:( It was the most wonderful visit with my mom and Tim. THANK YOU guys so much for making me and the girls feel so special! Thanks, mom, for cooking for me, doing our laundry, going shopping with us! It was fun to be a "daughter" instead of a mom for the week!
I love you guys SO much! and wish their weren't so many miles between us!

PA Trip: NYC (day 3)

Since we live only about an hour and a half from the great NYC, I asked Paul and Cindi (my sister and her husband) to take us in to tour a little!
We started in Hoboken, NJ and hit up Carlos Bakery (aka Cake Boss)
- it was a good experience but we saw no one who worked there that was on tv.
The pastries were good!

twins weren't too excited to wait in line

Next, we got on the Staten Island Ferrry (free) and rode across the river to see the Statue of Liberty.
It also provided a great view of the NYC skyline.

We then walked to the 911 Memorial..

After that, it was time to go to Times Square and the BIG Toys R Us
(what the kiddos were looking forward to all day!)

Can you tell it was the end of the day and they really wanted to go to the Toy Store
( not take pictures with mom)

It was such a fun day! Thank you SO much, Paul and Cindi, for the best tour of NYC I could ask for.
