About Me

Thanks so much for visiting my blog. My name is Chastity and I am a 35 year old mother to 4 and wife to a pretty awesome math teacher! I met Mark my freshman year of college and we became very good friends. After several years of college and dating other people, we finally realized we really liked each other in our junior year. We started dating in October, we were engaged in June and married in January of 2002. After marriage, we finished up our last semester of college in chilly Wisconsin and then moved to Massachusetts where we stayed for 5 years.
In Massachusetts, I taught 3rd grade for 2 years,
gave birth to twin girls- Sophia and Arianna and had our third little girl, Ella.
In the summer of 2007, we moved to Denver, the hometown of my husband and have been here ever since. In June of 2008, our last child was born- Elijah and now our family is complete.
I enjoy staying at home taking care of my family. I LOVE decorating our home and making it feel comfortable and welcoming. I also have a passion for making things- I recently got a sewing machine and it was a love affair right from the beginning! Another fun hobby that I like to do is cake decorating. My dad was a cook and  loved to decorate cakes as well, so I think he passed on some of that to me.
I love cooking and baking and reading a variety of books.
But all of these things don't define me. Who defines me is Christ. I am a believer and follower of Christ and am enjoying a personal relationship with Him. He fills my life with JOY and gives me a reason and purpose for life. If it were not for His grace and mercy, I dont know who I would be today. My husband and I recently have been involved with a church plant in the area and I cannot tell you how much this has changed my focus and goals in life. I have a passion to share His gospel by building relationships with those I come in contact with everyday.
I pray that Christ is glorified and exalted by my life.

Ephesians 1:3-7
"Blessed be the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places,
even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world,
that we should be holy and blameless before him.
In love he predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ,
according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace,
with which he has blessed us in the Beloved.
In him we have redemption through his blood,
the forgiveness of our trespasses,
according to the riches of his grace,"
