Elijah's 100th Day of School Shirt

Elijah celebrated his 100th day of school last week with strep throat! But, we still managed to make his project and turned it in when he was feeling better. I purchased a t-shirt at Michaels for $2.50 and got 100 googly eyes and used fabric glue to attach. We used a sharpie to draw the head and face.

Lijers is doing very well reading and we are enjoying his appetite for books. Every night, I lay in bed with him and read and it has quickly become something we must do without fail before he goes to bed. I love it and cherish the time bonding over books with my youngest.

Twins Art and Music Night

The twins showcased their musical and artistic talent at Hopkins in a performance called
"Snow-Biz"
I just love your music teacher, Mrs. Meersman!
She puts together wonderful musical shows and all the kids love doing them.

My fav song from the evening- The Toboggan Tango

A True Coloradan Birthday Party

Today we celebrated birthdays with two of the little munchkins
who are in our Missional Community Group.
Chase and Juliane
This was by far one of the most fun birthday parties I've ever attended.
Everyone (adults included)  was having a blast sledding with the kids.

There was even a tuba player to serenade us while we ate:)
And in true birthday fashion- a piƱata!

Such a fun, snowy, cold day celebrating with dear friends!
