Wrapping Up Summer

 What a FUN summer it's been- long days, sleeping in, being outside till the wee hours of nightfall, swimming, friends, sleepovers, scrounging for lunch, trampolines, dress up, dates, playdates, sticky hands and dirty feet, movies nights, ice cream, family, birthdays, celebrations, riding bikes, exploring... just plain FUN!

Summer Sports Fun

 Elijah had another year of baseball this summer. He was in the 2nd/3rd rec league and he was the only 2nd grader on the team with 3rd graders so he was pretty small. But the cool thing about baseball is that you don't have to be big:) He is a quick runner and did really well. 

 Mark helped Miss Julia coach and it was a fun 2 months. 

 Sophia also played her second summer of softball and really could hit that ball! 

She played a variety of spots and she said her favorite was catcher. 

So thankful for all our friends and family who came out to watch the kids play!

Arianna's Summer Piano Recital

Ari is still taking piano lessons and had a great recital this summer. I am getting so excited because she has always wanted to play in our church and Julie has been teaching her how to do that! There is nothing better than singing praises to Jesus with your daughters! Made my heart so happy!
