Another Year Bites the Dust!

We are done with school. WOW! What a year it has been. It was FULL!!!! The kids have grown, not only physically but definitely academically and emotionally. This morning at the breakfast table, Arianna was crying real tears because she was not ready for this year to be over. I love that my kiddos love school and consider it to be safe, fun and a place they want to be. I pray they always crave learning and socializing with friends. As I watched the 5th grade continuum today, my eyes teared up as I thought about next year for my twins- finishing elementary school and moving on to a new building, a new adventure- just plain growing up.

Bridging From a Daisy to a Brownie: Ella's Moving Up!

My sweet little Ella went from being a Daisy to a Brownie last week:) She is very excited to move up in Girl Scouts and we had a great year with all the girls. 

Field Trips Galore

Ella's class went to the zoo last week and Elijah's class got to visit the Botanic gardens this week. I am so blessed to be able to attend with them:) It was gorgeous weather for both trips and lots of fun! 

Hopkins Has Talent : 2014 Talent Show

My kiddos participated in their first Talent Show at Hopkins last Friday. 

I was SOOOO proud of them! 

There were around 400 people that they performed in front of and they performed beautifully. 

They got cool medals at the end. 

Ella and her friend, Ayla, decided to do a gymnastics routine 

and they choreographed it all by themselves. It was awesome. Ella was cracking me up- she added in those jumps while she hula hooped at the last minute.

 Sophia and Arianna sung "Let's Get Together" from the Parent trap.

 They did great.
