 The finished products

 {Maple Roasted Pumpkin Seeds}
Melt 1/4 cup butter in skillet. Add seeds. 
Cook 10 minutes till slightly browned. 
Add 1 tsp cinnamon
Add 1 tsp nutmeg
Add 1 tsp salt
Add 1 tsp sugar
Add 2 TBS maple syrup
Stir in pan until all the seeds are coated.
Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes (stirring every 10 minutes)
